Reservations

Please contact Diane by phone at 815-382-4544 or by e-mail for available dates.

When making your reservation, a temporary hold will be placed on your selected dates for a maximum of 14 days (earlier if your deposit and signed contract are received within that 14 day period). You can download the contract here.

A 75% deposit is required with your contract, and the remaining balance is required two weeks before your arrival. Personal or business/organization check is the method of payment. (Please make two copies of the contract and send both to Diane, who will also sign, keep one copy, and return the second copy to you.)

Refund of advance deposit will be made when notice of cancellation is received three weeks prior to the day of the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable without this notice of cancellation.

Rates for one night, three meals and snacks: $80 per person
Rates for two nights, six meals and snacks: $150 per person
Rates for three nights, nine meals and snacks: $195 per person
Rates for four nights, twelve meals and snacks: $260 per person

Rates include local and state sales taxes.

Simple Comforts is easy to find from the intersection of Routes 64 and 78 in Mt. Carroll.  The house is located five miles northwest of town and off of Loran Road; detailed directions are provided at your request.
